A 6-week Coaching Experience
For people who are tired of living with self-hatred, self-criticism or self-abandonment. This is a focused space to change how you experience yourself—so you can actually love yourself and feel good being you.

This is for people who are tired of living with self-hatred and want to finally love themselves. During our work together, we’ll focus on the following:
1) Start with what’s happening for you right now
We start with the moments where self-criticism, self-hatred, or self-abandonment are showing up most clearly in your day-to-day life.
From there, we begin working directly with one of those moments — not analyzing it, but helping your brain move through what’s actually happening — so something different can start to show up right away.
2) Shift the patterns that keep you turning on yourself
We follow the internal signals your mind and body are already giving to locate what keeps these patterns active.
Then we work with your brain in a way that allows those patterns to change — so instead of defaulting into self-criticism or self-hatred, something else can start to take its place.
To support this, we use specific interventions such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Energy Medicine.
3) Build a different relationship with yourself
As the work progresses, you learn how to recognize what’s happening for you more accurately, respond without fighting or overriding yourself, and support your processes that actually lead to change.
4) Work through what’s been harder to reach
Once the more obvious patterns begin to shift, we use more precise support to work through the subtler layers that tend to stay active underneath — even after years of effort.
5) Support real internal growth and expansion
As these patterns shift, we pay attention to the self-love emerging, support these shifts as they develop, and help you strengthen the internal abilities that allow you to relate to yourself with approval, understanding, and a genuine sense of self-love.
