This is an opportunity to transform the way you do life, reach goals and show up in your relationships by resolving symptoms of anxiety, depression and/or traumatic stress.
This is also great for people who feel like they've been stuck in survival mode and want to finally be able to feel safe, secure, relaxed and experience calm, joy and being present (again).
We work together for eight weeks on the following things:
1.) We equip you with interventions and support your brain’s natural ability to finally resolve symptoms. This is different from traditional "talk therapy" strategies which only engage the conscious mind.
2.) We look at the symptoms and stressors that show up in your life and we guide you through strategies that work with your natural brain function and help your brain resolve one symptom after another. I also train you to use these strategies yourself so you can keep using them between our sessions and even after our work together is done.
3.) We’ll look at your goals and desires and we’ll use the skills from step 1 and step 2 as well as some additional strategies to uncover and resolve any obstacle to achieving these. This allows us to resolve more subtle symptoms and help your brain work towards your desires and deeper wellness.
4.) Throughout this process, I'll support you as you integrate the shifts we create together. New layers to your disorder will likely be revealed and I'll help you to resolve those and realize more of your vision for your life.
You'll get 2, 1-on-1 sessions – one within 48 hours of starting the program and the other at the end of 8 weeks – and 2, 2-hour small-group sessions each week (Group max is 4). These are “work sessions” where you’ll put the tools and strategies you're learning into practice and get individualized feedback and coaching, as well as the chance to hear me coach others.
Due to the intensive nature of this program, you are encouraged to spend 2 hours a day outside of sessions using the tools and practicing strategies; these 2 hours can be divided in 3 to 15 minute chunks throughout the day and/or larger chunks of time, as you prefer.
You’ll also receive worksheets and other support materials, as well as unlimited access to me via email in between sessions. Finally, you'll get lifetime access to my clients-only Facebook group as well as 1 year of monthly graduate coaching sessions after the program is over.
The candidates who get the best results with this program are people who have already developed a moderate to high level of self-awareness through previous experiences with self-help, therapy or other reflective practices, have a proven history of implementing wellness strategies and have created a moderate to high functioning support system.
Candidates who are not a currently fit for this program are those whose ability to reflect is dependent upon talking in detail about their challenges and those who use talking as a defense strategy. While talking is a valid reflective strategy, and it is valid to be dependent upon this one strategy, however, it is only one of the strategies that we use in this intensive coaching opportunity. These candidates do better using the online-course with 1:1 support.
The investment for this program is $9K which comparable to the out-of-pocket cost of one year of weekly traditional therapy. However, we accomplish more during these 8 weeks than one would accomplish in 2 years of weekly sessions while also equipping you with the skills to work powerfully with your brain for the rest of your life...all in addition to the ongoing support and connection.

This is an opportunity for people who have an anxiety, depression and/or trauma disorder that they have been working to manage, cope with or overcome for years, they may have even read books from Brené Brown or The Body Keeps the Score, and though things have improved, they still aren't free of daily symptoms.
And while they have an intellectual understanding of their symptoms, they are now ready for the actual road map for naturally resolving their symptoms at the root and actually bringing their disorder to an end in 2 to 6 months.
We work together for eight weeks on the following things:
1.) We look at the symptoms and stressors that are bothering you the most and keeping you from living your best life. Then, I work with you to identify the unconscious beliefs, memories, events or experiences stored in your mind and body that are generating these symptoms. Because you've done inner work before, this will be about taking the work deeper, and looking more closely for the remaining unresolved issues involved.
2.) We begin the process of resolving your symptoms in an order that makes sense to your brain. I use methods that involve your survival system (which is the part of the brain that keeps your symptoms from being resolved) rather than traditional "talk therapy" strategies which only engage the conscious mind. I also train you to use the methods yourself so you can keep using them between our sessions and even after our work together is done.
3.) Then we’ll go after the symptoms that may be less obvious and we’ll use strategies designed to look for symptoms in the “nooks and crannies” where symptoms can be overlooked, go unrecognized and remain active. This is also where we’ll use advanced strategies to locate and resolve issues that have remained active through all of the inner work you’ve done so far.
You'll get a 2, 1-on-1 sessions (one within 48 hours of starting the program and the end of 8 weeks) and 2, 2-hour small group sessions each week. These gender-specific small group sessions are work sessions where you’ll actually put the tools you're learning into practice and get individual feedback and coaching as well as the chance to hear me coach others.
During the program, you are encouraged to spend 2 hours a day outside of sessions using the tools and and practicing strategies. (These can be in 5 - 15 minute chunks throughout the day and/or larger chunks of time, as you prefer.)
You’ll also receive worksheets and other support materials, as well as unlimited access to me via email in between sessions. You'll also get lifetime access to my clients-only Facebook group as well as free bonus calls after the program is over.
This program is truly a full end-to-end system for strategically resolving symptoms of anxiety, depression and traumatic stress at the root and what we accomplish during these 8 weeks is more than one would accomplish in 2 years of weekly sessions using the traditional therapy route.
The best candidates to get results with this program are adults who have already developed a moderate to high level of self-awareness through years of self-help, therapy and reflection and have created a moderate to high level of success and stability in most areas of their lives.
This program is an $11K investment, which is small compared to other things that folks try to work through symptoms and move forward in life. Hint: two years of therapy costs more than double what this program costs, and this gets it done in a fraction of the time while also equipping you with the skills to work powerfully with your brain for the rest of your life.
