This is an opportunity for adults who suffer from symptoms of anxiety, with or without a formal diagnosis, and who have a goal of resolving these symptoms within 2 to 6 months.
This is also for people who feel like they've been stuck in survival mode and want to finally be able to feel safe, secure, relaxed and experience calm, joy and being present.
We work together for eight weeks on the following things:
1.) I equip you with interventions that prove to support your brain’s natural ability to finally resolve symptoms. These interventions work to shift the brain out of the survival states that cause symptoms and into a regulated state where processing growth and rewiring naturally quickly occur.
This is different from traditional "talk therapy" strategies which only engage the conscious mind and do not directly affect change in brain function nor regulate the nervous system. This is powerfully healing and change begins to take place within the first moments.
2.) Together, you and I look at the symptoms and stressors that show up in your life and we guide you through strategies that work with your natural brain function and help your brain resolve one symptom after another. Practicing supporting your brain to work through symptoms not only creates lasting change in your emotional, mental and relational health, but it also gives your brain successful practice processing symptoms and stressors instead of reacting to them. Brains become good and more and more masterful with whatever they practice. We work to make your brain great at regulating and processing challenges. I also train you to use these strategies yourself so you can keep using them between our sessions and even after our work together is done.
3). Then, I'll guide you through strategies to help your brain to build in, repair or upgrade important healthy functions or abilities that are required for you to create and sustain high levels of emotional and mental health. These functions/abilities are specific to you and your needs. We work together to help you to identify which functions/abilities these are, even if you do not yet consciously recognize them.
Examples of some of these functions/abilities are: self-trust, self-regulation, inner peace, safety, security, stability, self-compassion, self-awareness, specific-to-you boundary skills, joy, motivation, empathy for self and others, authenticity, concentration, focus, self-direction, self-leadership, internal cooperation and more.
4.) We’ll look at your goals and desires and we’ll use the skills from step 1 and step 2 as well as some additional strategies to uncover and resolve any obstacle to achieving these. This allows us to identify and resolve more subtle symptoms and ensure your brain has the ability to work towards your desires and deeper wellness, which is its highest function and that's our goal. Plus, we want to see and evaluate how the work we've done together works in action.
5.) Throughout this process, I'll support you as you integrate the shifts we create together. New layers to why anxiety are showing up in your life will likely be revealed and I'll help you to address and resolve those issues as well and realize more of your vision for your life.

You'll get 2, 1-on-1 sessions – one within 48 hours of starting the program and the other at the end of 8 weeks – and 2, 2-hour small-group sessions each week. These are “work sessions” where you’ll practice the tools and strategies with individualized coaching and support from me, as well as the chance to hear me coach others. (Note: group size is kept to a maximum of 3 clients. These are not talk therapy style groups and you have full control of the level of intimacy you decide to allow and experience.)
During the program, you are encouraged to spend 2 hours a day outside of sessions using the tools and practicing strategies; these 2 hours can be divided in 3 to 15 minute chunks throughout the day and/or larger chunks of time, as you prefer.
You’ll also receive worksheets and other support materials, as well as unlimited access to me via email in between sessions. Finally, you'll get lifetime access to my clients-only Facebook group as well as free bonus calls after the program is over.
The candidates who get the best results with this program are people who have already developed a moderate to high level of self-awareness through years of self-help, therapy or other reflective practices, have a proven history of implementing wellness strategies and have created a moderate to high functioning support system.
The investment for this program is $11,000 which is comparable to the out-of-pocket cost of one year of weekly traditional therapy. However, we get you the result in a fraction of the time, provide ongoing support and equip you with the skills to work powerfully with your brain for the rest of your life.
Truly priceless when you consider the health, relational, financial and perhaps even generational gains made by overcoming anxiety, depression and/or traumatic stress.
