Self-Study, Online Program
This is the curriculum that I developed to serve as a roadmap, guide and training program to empower my clients to do the brain work for resolving their symptoms of anxiety, depression and/or post-traumatic stress, building in deep wellness and to extending that wellness into every area of their lives.
I wanted to make complicated and layered psychological, behavioral and neurological rewiring and transformation as easy to follow and accomplish as possible. With that intention, everything in the program is outlined step by step, in the order that you need it, just like a recipe.
Each part of the program addresses an important layer of healing work while also teaching skills that will be utilized and further developed in following parts of the program.
The objectives of program, symptom resolution and building in deep wellness, begin upon implementation of the first part of the program. Transformational results should be observable to the trained eye within the first total of 10 minutes implementing the first strategy and to the untrained eye within the first total of 2 hours implementing the first strategy.
Outlined in this program is a process of learning from doing, which means the doing comes first and the learning and transformation follows. I have designed this process so that the learning and transformational results you experience come from your own brain and inner world functioning effectively and cohesively. And all of that means, that you must do the work to get the result and the clarity, insight and mastery that come from effective brain function.
Said another way, please understand that results correlate with the advised application of the interventions and strategies. This is not a knowledge based program or a good read, this program outlines the specific exercises to do for specific timeframes for specific purposes and following specific guidelines.
This is a great opportunity for people who are strongly inclined to work through their transformation independently, people who want to use this program with the support of the professional they are already working with, for those people who would benefit from doing this inner work at a different pace than the intensive program, and for those looking for a lower cost solution.
This program is not designed for resolving current or recent traumatic experiences such as loss and crisis. While helping the brain process and integrate past, recent or current traumatic experiences is the same, the most helpful strategies and process for resolving current or recent traumatic stress are different than what is offered in this program. While the first part of this program can be a great help when working through current or recent traumatic experiences, I recommend that people experiencing current trauma postpone enrolling in the full program until they feel that they have the emotional space for this work.

This is the curriculum I use with my therapy clients and as the foundation of my intensive coaching program. This curriculum is included in these services and do not need to be purchased separately. However, if you are delayed for any reason for starting therapy with me or the intensive coaching program, you are welcome to enroll in this online program and get your inner world transformation started. In these instances, the enrollment fee will not be reimbursed.
