This is the same curriculum that I use in my 8-week Intensive Coaching Program. 


You get the same videos and instructional materials that my clients have been using for years to resolve their anxiety, depression and traumatic stress. 


This program guides you to do the actual brain work required to systematically resolve symptom after symptom while also creating emotional and mental wellness.  


In this course, I train you on the self-application of Emotional Freedom Techniques, Thought Field Therapy, Energy Medicine and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. 


Once you are trained, I give you exercises that will guide you to use these interventions to support your brain through the symptoms and stressors you want to resolve. Each part of the program builds upon the skillset you developed in the previous part. Each part guides you to help yourself heal at deeper and deeper levels and then create greater and greater wellness.


This is a great opportunity for people who are strongly inclined to work through their transformation independently, people who want to use this program with the professional they are already working with or for those people who would benefit from doing this inner work at a different pace than the intensive program because they are still working to develop self-awareness, self-reflection and/or a sufficient support system.


Completing 14 hours in weekly traditional therapy sessions usually takes 14 weeks (3+ months). Using this method you'll be accomplishing 14 hours of specific and targeted brain work in 1 to 2 weeks. So, you'll also be saving yourself a lot of time as you work through symptom after symptom at your own self-directed pace. You'll no longer be confined to helping your brain resolve symptoms when you're in a therapy session.


My process that is outlined in this program is a process of learning from doing, which means the doing comes first. 


As you follow the videos and the instructional materials, apply the strategies, resolve symptoms and repeat, you can expect to get the outcome of resolving your anxiety, depression or traumatic stress and developing highly advanced skills for helping your brain work through challenges for the rest of your life. 


It took me a long time to make this program available as a self-study, because I confess I was nervous that people would get confused, lost or discouraged without my guidance. 


But after so many experience of asking my clients if they had any questions about what they watched and read and their answers were "No. It was pretty self-explanatory." My response was "Okay, then. Let's get to work." and I began to trust that people were picking up what I was putting down in the videos and written materials.


When I first went hands off and let people independently access to the program, I was delighted as they shared their victories, their insights, the transformation in their lives and relationships and their gratitude for the guidance provided by this program.  


What they shared was EXACTLY what I expect to see brains do when given the right support. And Whew! That gave me the encouragement I needed to make this program available to others.

The investment in each part of the self-study course is similar to the cost of a traditional therapy session. And because, you are encouraged to complete a minimum of 14 hours of specific and targeted brain work following the structure and guidelines that I lay out for you in each part, you are able to get a massive return on your investment.
