This is the curriculum that I use in my my 8-week Intensive Coaching Program and with my therapy clients.
The difference is that instead of my coaching you directly on the interventions and strategies, you'll follow detailed videos and PDF instructions to learn and apply them.
This will be a bit different from getting my direct coaching because I can help you to catch and spot things that your brain and body are saying that you may not catch as quickly.
However, you can get the outcome of resolving your anxiety, depression or trauma disorder by following this self-study program, even if the outcome is not as speedy as it would be with my direct help.
Also, please note that this program does **not** provide access to the private Facebook group for my coaching clients.
