This is a great opportunity for people who want to resolve a specific problem caused by anxiety or post-traumatic stress.
(Examples could be: a phobia, traumatic stress from a car accident, feeling like you can't talk to a certain person in your life, inability to complete a desired project. SEE HERE FOR MORE EXAMPLES.)
This opportunity is also for people who want to create a positive shift in an aspect of their life or align to a goal they are trying to achieve.
This is also a great opportunity for those using the online, self-study course to work with me and receive additional coaching support as they are creating their Inner World Transformation.
The shift or alignment they want may be in an area of their life such as their relationships, health, finances, work, business, self-concept, self-expression, creativity, spiritual expansion and more.
This opportunity is NOT best for people who want to resolve an anxiety, depression and/or trauma disorder. I have a different program. You can find out more about that here.
The length of this program varies from 1 week to 1 month depending on the complexity of the issue we're working on. (Smaller issues take less time)
Each time we meet 1-on-1, we work on the following things:
1) We identify the day-to-day events where this problem or the absence of what you want is showing up in your life, and use my systematic approach to identify what's stopping your brilliant brain from resolving this problem and creating the outcome that you do want. (What is most often stopping people are unresolved emotion(s)/belief(s), experiences, body sensations, and more.)
2) I'll guide you through proven processes to resolve the mental, emotional, somatic and/or energetic distress associated with your problem and support your brain create the new programs for the wellness, success or transformation that you desire.
3) Based on what I learn about you, how your brain works and the progress we made toward your goal in the sessions, I'll give you customized homework for how you can help your brain, mind and body amplify and integrate the work we accomplished.
4) In between sessions, new layers of what is stopping this problem from being resolved or the goal being achieved may be revealed. At this point, if you want or need my help to work through and resolve this layer as well we can schedule another session and I'll help you to clear away any new obstacles and create more and more alignment in this area of your life.
The best candidates to get results with this program are people who have a moderate to high level of emotional and mental wellness, are relatively stable in most areas of their lives and have already benefited greatly from mindset work, therapy, coaching and/or spiritual development.
The investment for a 1:1 session with me is $500 per hour.
Sessions can be booked for 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 2 hrs and 3 hour. 60 - 90 minutes is ideal for most issues.

P.S. As this is a coaching program and not therapy, insurance companies are not likely to cover your participation. First, I'd read all of Brené Brown's books about what it means to live as a healthy person. And then I'd read, "Unf*ck Your Brain: Using Science to Get Over Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Freak-outs, and Triggers" by Dr. Faith Harper. And then I'd read, "The Body Keeps the Score". And then I found Rachelle's work on Facebook and the rest is history after doing her 8 week self-study program.
Having read the books that I'd read, it gave me enough understanding of brains and trauma to realize that what Rachelle is sharing is the Actual Road Map that the rest of these books circle around. Using what Rachelle has taught me has gotten me to the place that Brené Brown describes: healthy boundaries, independence of spirit, self-forgiveness, a growth mindset, etc.
I wanted to list a whole bunch of problems that can be addressed individual sessions here so that you have an idea of what can be solved in this short time frame.
